Homosapien provides wellness organization, reminders, reports, and educational support. Homosapien is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, emergency service, insurer, or licensed medical provider.

Information in Homosapien is not medical advice and must not be used as a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency response, or advice from qualified professionals.

If you have severe symptoms, abnormal readings, pregnancy concerns, suicidal thoughts, poisoning, trauma, chest pain, breathing problems, or any urgent condition, seek emergency help or professional care immediately.

Your Account

Health Wallet And Payments

Health Wallet features help users create health savings goals, initialize deposits, review ledger records, create beneficiaries, and request withdrawals. Payment processing and transfer services may be provided by Paystack or other third-party providers.

Deposits, withdrawals, verifications, transfer statuses, provider downtime, chargebacks, bank delays, compliance checks, and failed payments may depend on third-party providers and financial institutions.

• You must provide accurate payment, beneficiary, bank, and contact information.
• You are responsible for reviewing amounts and recipients before confirming transactions.
• Withdrawals may remain pending until provider or bank confirmation is received.
• Homosapien may delay, block, reverse, or review transactions when required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or operational reasons.

Your Content

You keep ownership of information you add to Homosapien. You grant Homosapien permission to store, process, display, and transmit that information as needed to provide and secure the service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Homosapien for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or harmful activity.
• Do not interfere with the backend, reverse engineer private systems, bypass authentication, overload infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload or submit malicious code, stolen credentials, false payment details, or content that violates another person's rights.

Third-Party Services

Homosapien may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, banks, app stores, device services, and notification providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of Homosapien is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.
